Lead Fashion Designer (Founder's Office)

ZICA BELLA is looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Lead Fashion Designer to work directly with the Founder and lead the design and product development process.

This is not a conventional designer role. We are looking for someone who understands fashion beyond sketches—someone who can transform ideas into production-ready products, manage timelines, guide other designers, and ensure collections are executed at the highest standard.

• Work directly with the Founder on collection development and product strategy.
• Lead the design process from concept to final production.
• Create and refine garment concepts, silhouettes, graphics, and collections.
• Develop detailed tech packs and production specifications.
• Guide and mentor junior designers and creative team members.
• Ensure all design timelines and development milestones are met.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, sampling units, and production teams.
• Review samples, fittings, fabric selections, trims, embroidery, and print executions.
• Ensure designs are production-ready before manufacturing.
• Conduct trend forecasting and research across luxury fashion, streetwear, and contemporary fashion markets.
• Maintain high standards of design quality, fit, construction, and finishing.
• Track collection progress and provide regular updates to the Founder.

• 3+ years of experience in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or Product Development.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes.
• Experience creating professional tech packs.
• Deep knowledge of fabrics, trims, washes, embroidery, printing, and garment finishing.
• Experience coordinating with manufacturers and sampling units.
• Strong project management and timeline management skills.
• Ability to independently lead collections from concept to production.
• Must be comfortable working on-site in Noida.

• Experience in luxury streetwear, premium fashion, or contemporary apparel brands.
• Strong understanding of global fashion trends and high-fashion design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience managing multiple collections simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
