Lead Full Stack Developer – React.js & Node.js

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js to design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across front-end and back-end development, API design, microservices, cloud technologies, and Agile delivery environments.

Location: Hyderabad

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Build reusable, responsive UI components and robust RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions and drive technical best practices.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Support CI/CD implementation and Agile/Scrum delivery processes.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in React.js (Hooks, Redux, Context API).
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience in REST API development and integration.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud-native application development.
• Containerization and modern deployment practices.
• Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
