Key Responsibilities -


  • Identify and generate qualified leads for influencer marketing services through various online and offline channels.
  • Research and target brands, startups, agencies, and businesses that require influencer marketing solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Initiate conversations with prospective clients and schedule meetings for the business development team.
  • Understand client requirements and position the company's influencer marketing services accordingly.
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead information, follow-ups, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation campaigns.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and business targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, influencer marketing, and competitor activities.


Requirements -


  • 3–4 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales, preferably in a digital marketing or influencer marketing agency.
  • Proven experience generating B2B and D2C Leads and acquiring new clients.
  • Strong knowledge of influencer marketing and digital marketing services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email outreach, and lead research platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
