About the Role

Manufac Analytics Private Limited is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients across global markets. The ideal candidate should have experience in LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, cold calling, and B2B lead generation, with a passion for building sales pipelines and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies using LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, and other digital channels.
  • Research and identify target companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Yelp, and other lead databases.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospects for the sales team.
  • Conduct personalized outreach through LinkedIn, emails, and phone calls.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and assessing product fit.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the Sales team.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to create effective outreach campaigns, newsletters, and LinkedIn content.
  • Coordinate with the Creative team to develop compelling messaging and value propositions.
  • Build relationships with industry professionals, participate in webinars, and promote the company's products and services.
  • Create and optimize email sequences, LinkedIn campaigns, and A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and analytics.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and sales activities in HubSpot or other CRM systems.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, target markets, and competitor activities.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Sales Development, or Business Development.
    • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
    • Experience with email marketing, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
    • Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with international prospects.
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar.
    • Experience with lead generation and prospecting tools such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter.io, or similar is preferred.
    • Strong research and analytical skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Ability to create personalized outreach messages and follow-up sequences.
    • Understanding of B2B sales processes and customer acquisition strategies.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to meet lead generation and meeting booking targets.

  • Preferred Skills

    • Experience in the IT Services, SaaS, Software Development, or Technology industry.
    • Knowledge of marketing automation and email sequencing tools.
    • Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
    • Experience working with global markets such as the US, UK, Europe, Australia, or the Middle East.
