Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring ecosystem, Microservices architecture, REST & SOAP APIs, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills and experience working in Agile development environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java-based enterprise applications.
• Develop Microservices using Spring Boot and related Spring frameworks.
• Build and integrate RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Develop robust backend services with a strong focus on performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and Architects.
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and DevOps best practices.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design discussions.

• Experience developing Microservices Architecture.

• Hands-on experience with:
• SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL)
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services.
• Experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of DevOps concepts and deployment automation.
• Experience working with:
• Linux
• Apache
• Tomcat
• IBM WebSphere
• Oracle WebLogic
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and object-oriented programming.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools.
• AWS certification is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
