Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end US/UK/ payroll processing ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance

Lead and manage a team of payroll executives; allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure SLA adherence

Review payroll inputs, outputs, reconciliations, and statutory reports.

Handle client or stakeholder interactions related to payroll queries, escalations, and issue resolution

Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll regulations

Must Have Skills

Hands-on working knowledge of US and UK Payroll processing

Strong experience in end-to-end payroll operations.

Advanced to intermediate MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data validation)
