About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment across multiple non-IT functions and industries. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across functions such as HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Admin, Legal, Customer Support, and Leadership Hiring.
  • Understand client/job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain strong candidate engagement and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain recruitment trackers/MIS reports.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures.
  • Ensure adherence to hiring timelines, quality standards, and compliance processes.


Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Non-IT hiring practices and recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Good exposure to job portals and sourcing tools.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.


Preferred Background

  • Experience in recruitment consultancy, staffing, RPO, or talent acquisition firms preferred.
  • Exposure to bulk hiring and leadership hiring will be an added advantage.
  • Experience hiring across diverse industries preferred.
