About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Backend Engineer to own backend architecture and lead the engineering team for an enterprise communication platform. This role requires strong technical expertise along with team leadership and architectural decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend applications using Golang & NestJS
• Architect microservices and real-time communication systems
• Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker & Kubernetes
• Lead backend developers through mentoring and code reviews
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend and DevOps teams
• Drive engineering best practices and system performance

Required Skills
