We are looking for a strong Lead Software Engineer who can take ownership across frontend, backend, architecture, and delivery — with deep expertise in Node.js, React.js, and metadata-driven platform development.

What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver production-grade full-stack systems end-to-end
• Build scalable frontend applications using React.js / Next.js
• Develop secure, high-performance backend APIs using Node.js (Fastify / Express or similar)
• Own technical architecture for new modules and platform capabilities
• Design relational schemas, queries, and scalable data models
• Implement multi-tenant SaaS features including tenant isolation and RBAC
• Build reusable libraries, shared components, and internal frameworks
• Design and extend metadata-driven systems including dynamic forms, workflows, rules engines, and configurable modules
• Drive testing standards including unit, integration, and CI quality gates
• Optimize application performance across frontend, backend, and database layers
• Mentor developers and contribute to engineering best practices

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 5+ years hands-on experience with React.js in production (mandatory)
• 5+ years hands-on experience building production systems with Node.js (mandatory)
• Strong experience building full-stack systems end-to-end (not partial exposure)
• Experience working on multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Strong expertise in:
• Component architecture and scalable frontend design
• State management (Redux / Zustand or equivalent)
• Backend API design and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience building metadata-driven platforms such as:
• Dynamic forms
• Workflow engines
• Rules engines
• Configurable UI or backend systems
• Strong experience with:
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL / SQL Server / MySQL)
• Query optimization and schema design
• MongoDB or hybrid data models
• Experience implementing:
• RBAC across UI, API, and data layers
• JWT-based authentication systems
• Tenant isolation and secure access control
• Experience with Fastify or comparable high-performance Node.js frameworks
• Strong debugging, ownership, and problem-solving skills
