Description

We are seeking a proactive Executive / Senior Executive – Learning & Development to support capability-building initiatives through learning needs analysis, facilitation of development programs, and effective management of learning operations. The role partners with business stakeholders to deliver impactful learning experiences that support employee growth and business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs analysis and recommend appropriate learning interventions
  • Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hybrid learning programs using effective adult learning methodologies
  • Support the development and execution of training plans, learning calendars, and development initiatives
  • Coordinate end-to-end training administration, including scheduling, nominations, attendance tracking, and feedback collection
  • Collaborate with internal trainers, SMEs, and external vendors to ensure successful program delivery
  • Maintain learning records, generate training reports, and analyze program effectiveness
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand learning requirements and drive employee participation in learning initiatives
  • Support learning engagement activities and promote a culture of continuous learning


Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, Learning Operations, LMS Administration, or a related role
  • Experience in facilitating behavioral, professional development, or soft skills training programs is preferred
  • Good understanding of adult learning principles and learning methodologies
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams
