The organization delivers industry-relevant skilling through professional diploma and certificate programs at training centers in urban, peri-urban, and remote rural locations. Its curriculum is tailored to employer needs in sectors such as retail, micro-finance, IT, digital services, and control and automation, supporting strong placement outcomes. Anudip has trained over 100,000 students across more than 92 training centers in 20 major Indian states.


Role Overview:

Learning Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of academic operations, monitoring batch performance, trainer effectiveness and student engagement. The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and proactive monitoring to drive learning outcomes and ensure compliance with academic processes.
