About the role:

We are seeking a legal professional with expertise in end to end contract management . This role requires experience in drafting legal documents , coordinating cross functionally with business teams.

What You Will Do

• Assist in preparation of legal documents and coordination of in-house legal work
• Legal research and drafting, with a strong focus on contracting and licensing, along with support on stakeholder interactions
• Managing internal requisitions, tracking, and ensuring timely closure of requests
• Cross-functional collaboration with Tax, Finance, Business Finance, and other internal teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What You Bring

• 3-6 years of experience in contracting and licensing
• Good drafting and communication skills
• Prior exp in contract management and drafting
