About the Company

The successful candidate will partner closely with business leadership, HR, procurement, and operational stakeholders, applying sound legal judgment while enabling business objectives. This individual must be comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, managing competing priorities, and providing clear, practical advice aligned with risk appetite and commercial goals. The role will report directly to the General Counsel, UK & EMEA, with a matrix reporting line into the Head of the India Service Center (GCoE).   Law degree from a recognized institution in India; admitted to practice
• law in India.Approximately 13-16 yrs years of post-qualification experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal role, preferably with exposure to financial services, insurance, consulting, or professional services
