Role Description The Machine Operator role at Vital Packaging is a full-time, on-site position based in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient production and minimal downtime. Daily responsibilities include performing routine checks, adjusting machine settings, and handling basic maintenance using appropriate tools. The role also involves inspecting products for quality, documenting production data, and communicating any issues or safety concerns to supervisors. The Machine Operator is expected to follow all safety guidelines, maintain a clean work area, and collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and working with various types of Machinery.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including inspecting products and adhering to quality standards.
• Candidates should possess the ability to use Hand Tools safely and effectively for adjustments and minor maintenance.
• Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues.
• Relevant experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of basic safety procedures and adherence to workplace safety rules is expected.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; technical or vocational training in machine operation is an advantage.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, follow instructions accurately, and work in a fast-paced production setting is required.
