Job Purpose

The job holder is responsible for managing Regulatory and Statutory Compliances (excluding Secretarial).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Statutory and Regulatory compliances through Legatrix
• Conduct internal audits to make sure that the compliances are followed
• Monitor and interpret new legislation and guidelines.
• Provide timely and accurate compliance advice
• Ensure those are listed and mapped appropriately
• Generate Management Reports
• Identify Risk in non-compliance and suggest risk mitigation measures
  
  

Supervise & authorize tasks as directed by Manager

Educational Qualifications

LLB

Desired Profile (Experience)

• 8-10 yrs of experience in similar role
• Experience in Legatrix-web based compliance tool
• Experience in trading industry will be preference
