Manager - GMP Training Coordination Support Lead

Job Description

This position is for a Training Program Manager. In addition, the candidate should have strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to API manufacturing facilities, along with good experience in documentation and QMS handling. Working hours will be as per the US & UK time zones

• GMP Training Program Management:
• Plan, prepare, execute, and follow up on GMP training programs for the Riverview site
• Coordinate site training plans to ensure complete coverage and compliance across all functional areas
• Training Development:
• Develop and maintain training curricula aligned with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and site-specific needs
• Training Administration:
• Prepare and manage GMP training assessments within the MasterControl system
• Monitor training completion, effectiveness, and compliance metrics
• Compliance & Readiness:
• Ensure the training system remains compliant with regulatory requirements and maintains inspection readiness
