Role Overview:
The Lead – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment and talent
acquisition initiatives across the organization, partnering closely with the Founders and business
leaders to build high-performing teams that support the company's rapid growth journey. This role requires a hands-on recruitment professional who can balance strategic hiring with execution
excellence in a fast-paced startup environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment across all business functions and levels.
- Partner with the Founder and functional leaders to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to ensure timely closure of critical positions.
- Build robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, social platforms, and market mapping.
- Conduct screening, assessments, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
- Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions, and onboarding coordination.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs including TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and hiring quality.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Drive diversity hiring and talent acquisition best practices.
- Build succession pipelines for critical business roles.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s market positioning as an employer of choice.
- Oversee a seamless onboarding process that provides new hires with the knowledge, resources, and engagement needed to integrate successfully into the company culture.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness) to continuously improve talent acquisition process
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a strategic talent partner to business leaders and department heads. Conduct regular hiring reviews with stakeholders and provide recruitment insights.
- Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends.
- Influence decision-making through talent intelligence and market insights.
Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence
- Conduct competitor talent mapping and talent landscape studies.
- Build and maintain databases of high-potential candidates for future requirements.
- Provide market intelligence related to compensation, talent availability, and hiring trends.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: 6–8 years of strong, progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
- Must have strong experience in leadership hiring & mapping / head hunting roles
- Mindset: A go-getter with a proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven attitude.
- Professional Attributes: High levels of integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence in managing people and processes.
- Core Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and leadership
