Manager/Senior Manager - Export Marketing - Pharma API | South America and LATAM Markets

We are hiring a Manager / Senior Manager – Export Marketing for a leading Pharmaceutical API manufacturer based in Vadodara, Gujarat. The role is responsible for driving business growth across the South America & Latin America (LATAM) Markets markets through Business Development and Key Account Management.

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Pharm/M.Pharm or B.E./B.Tech (Chemical). MBA in Marketing / International Business will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business across South America & LATAM.
• Manage existing key accounts and distributor relationships.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities.
• Handle commercial negotiations, quotations, pricing, and contract closures.
• Achieve sales and profitability targets for the assigned territory.
• Work closely with Regulatory, Supply Chain, Production, QA, and Commercial teams for timely execution.
• Participate in international customer meetings and exhibitions.

Mandatory Experience:

• 10–15 years of experience in Pharmaceutical API Export Marketing.
• Proven experience handling South America & LATAM markets.
• Strong exposure to Business Development and Key Account Management.
• Experience in international customer acquisition and distributor management.
• Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.

Preferred Profile:

• Experience handling Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, or other LATAM markets.
• Exposure to international exhibitions like CPHI, DCAT, or IPHEX will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
