Role Description The Managing Director will oversee the overall operations, strategic direction, and growth of M M Enterprises India, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and business objectives. This full-time, on-site role in Nagpur includes leading senior teams, managing key stakeholder relationships, and optimizing processes across sales, distribution, finance, and compliance. The position involves setting business goals, monitoring performance metrics, making data-driven decisions, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards in the pharmaceutical sector. The Managing Director will also be responsible for driving business development, nurturing partnerships with healthcare providers, and fostering a culture of accountability, ethics, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management skills, including team leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making.
• Experience in business development, sales management, and client relationship management within healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution processes, supply chain management, and regulatory compliance.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Nagpur and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Prior experience in a senior management or director-level role in pharmaceuticals or healthcare is highly beneficial.
