Role Description The Marketing Communications Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing communication strategies that support PUREXA’s brand positioning in the oral wellness market. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and managing Blogs & Posts releases, developing campaign messaging, creating content for digital and offline channels, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners, Manage Influencer activities & help build good commuication stories for our unique products for GenZ & Millenials.

The person in this role will oversee communication calendars, ensure brand consistency across materials, manage projects from concept to delivery, and support product launches with targeted communication plans having knowledge of running effective META advts. The position also involves monitoring campaign performance, refining messaging based on insights.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Marketing Communications skills to craft clear, consistent, and engaging brand messages.
  • Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholders across multiple campaigns.
  • Candidates should have experience in brand or product marketing, ideally within FMCG, healthcare, or oral care sectors.
  • Candidates should demonstrate excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and audience-focused messaging.
  • Candidates should be proficient with common marketing and communication tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, presentation tools).
  • Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Candidates should be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, work on-site, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
