Zero Creation is looking for a smart and responsible Marketing & Client Coordination Executive for our Rajkot office.

This role is ideal for someone who understands marketing, can coordinate confidently with clients, and can work closely with our Ahmedabad creative and production team to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Rajkot-based clients for requirements, approvals, feedback, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Communicate daily with the Ahmedabad team for design, social media, video, content, website, and campaign-related work.
• Understand client briefs clearly and pass them to the internal team in a structured manner.
• Follow up on timelines, pending tasks, creative changes, and approvals.
• Check work before sending it to the client to avoid basic mistakes in content, design, size, spelling, and brand details.
• Maintain proper task updates, client communication records, and project status.
• Support the Rajkot office team and ensure basic office discipline, attendance, task flow, and coordination.
• Assist in marketing activities such as social media planning, campaign ideas, client presentations, and basic content coordination.
• Attend client meetings when required and share meeting notes with the internal team.
• Help the management keep the Rajkot office organized, responsive, and client-ready.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of marketing, branding, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
• Ability to coordinate between client and creative team without confusion.
• Responsible, organized, and follow-up oriented.
• Good observation skills to check small errors before client delivery.
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets, basic presentations, and task tracking.
• Should be confident enough to speak with business owners and decision-makers.
• Prior experience in advertising agency, marketing agency, real estate, retail, events, or media will be preferred.
