Role Description The Marketing Manager role at Aathi Life is a full-time, on-site position based in the Kanyakumari district. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns that communicate the brand’s values of tradition, mindfulness, and spiritual living across digital and offline channels. The Marketing Manager will oversee social media content, manage brand storytelling, coordinate product launches, and develop partnerships or collaborations that strengthen market presence. Daily responsibilities include analyzing customer and market data, managing advertising budgets, tracking campaign performance, and preparing reports with recommendations for improvement. The role will also work closely with product, operations, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive brand experience.
Qualifications
  • Experience in marketing management, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and performance tracking.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Strong skills in content creation and storytelling with the ability to convey spiritual and lifestyle concepts clearly and engagingly.
  • Ability to conduct market and customer research to identify trends, opportunities, and target segments.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort working on-site in Kanyakumari district and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in lifestyle, spiritual, or handcrafted product brands is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with basic analytics tools and familiarity with social media management platforms.
