Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Chandigarh, India. The Marketing Manager will plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote Samosa Express’s products and brand across offline and digital channels. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media and online presence, coordinating promotional events and partnerships, and overseeing in-store branding and customer engagement initiatives. The role involves analyzing market trends and customer data, tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and optimizing marketing activities for sales growth and brand visibility. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with operations, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective promotion of new offerings.
Qualifications
  • Strong marketing strategy and planning skills, including campaign development and brand positioning.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation for online platforms.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, and interpret sales and performance data.
  • Skills in offline marketing, such as event coordination, in-store promotions, and local partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage, retail, or consumer-focused industries is preferred.
  • Proficiency with basic marketing tools and analytics platforms; familiarity with design or campaign management software is a plus.
  • Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
