Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Marketing Manager will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s financial products, increase brand awareness, and support customer acquisition and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, overseeing advertising and promotional activities, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and monitoring campaign performance. The role involves managing digital and traditional marketing channels, conducting market and competitor analysis, and preparing reports and presentations for leadership. The Marketing Manager will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in financial services or related industries.
- Strong skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and performance analysis across digital and offline channels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to conduct market research, understand customer behavior, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Solid organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Comfort with using marketing tools, office productivity software, and basic data analytics to track and report results.
- Knowledge of the local market in Tamil Nadu and fluency in English; familiarity with regional languages is beneficial.
