Vihara is a proptech marketplace that helps banks, servicers, and institutional asset owners liquidate real estate assets more efficiently.


We use statistical methods to improve how properties are valued, marketed, and sold.

What You'll Do

  • Own Vihara's marketing strategy and execution
  • Build and grow the Vihara brand across digital channels
  • Create, manage, and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns
  • Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
  • Develop creative concepts, ad copy, landing page messaging, and campaign assets
  • Work with designers and AI tools to produce high-performing creatives
  • Manage Vihara's social media presence across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels
  • Create and publish content that educates, informs, and builds trust with buyers, sellers, banks, and investors
  • Design and execute demand-generation campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve conversion rates
  • Experiment aggressively with new marketing channels, messaging, and growth strategies
  • Build reporting dashboards and track marketing KPIs
  • Help define the voice, positioning, and identity of the Vihara brand
