Role Description

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations to ensure efficient execution of marketing campaigns and strategies. Responsibilities include managing marketing operations(ATL, BTL), analyzing data for performance insights, and optimizing marketing processes. You will also work with cross-functional teams to implement marketing automation and enhance operational workflows. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jammu.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Marketing Operations and Operations Management
• Strong knowledge of Marketing Analytics and Analytical Skills
• Experience with Marketing Automation tools and platforms
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
