Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and analytical Media Manager to develop and execute effective media strategies that maximize brand visibility and campaign performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in media planning, media strategy, campaign execution, and performance analysis across both traditional and digital media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns across digital, print, television, radio, outdoor, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct media planning by identifying the right platforms, target audiences, budgets, and schedules.
  • Manage media buying and coordinate with media agencies, publishers, and vendors.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize media spend to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and creative teams to ensure campaign consistency.
  • Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and emerging media opportunities.
  • Negotiate media rates and secure cost-effective advertising opportunities.
  • Manage campaign budgets while ensuring timely execution and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Media Planning, Media Strategy, or Media Management.
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional media channels.
  • Experience in campaign planning, audience targeting, budgeting, and media optimization.
  • Knowledge of media research tools and campaign analytics.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and media reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with advertising agencies or media houses.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing or Media Planning is an added advantage.
