Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based at K.M.C Hospital in Karaikudi. The Marketing Executive will support hospital growth by planning and executing marketing activities, including community outreach, digital presence, and in-hospital promotional initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting market research to understand local healthcare needs, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to promote services, and assisting in the development of campaigns to increase patient engagement and brand awareness. The role involves tracking marketing performance, preparing reports, managing external vendors or partners as needed, and ensuring consistent communication of the hospital’s values and services across all channels.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective hospital campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze patient demographics, local competition, and community needs.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact with patients, partners, and internal teams, and to create clear promotional messages.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to drive patient acquisition, develop outreach programs, and support hospital service promotion.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare marketing or service-based industry marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple projects, and use basic digital tools (e.g., MS Office, social media platforms) is beneficial.
