Role Purpose

The Site Supervisor – MEP will be responsible for on-ground supervision of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works across ST&GE Pvt. Ltd.’s turnkey sports infrastructure and construction projects. This role involves overseeing daily site execution, coordinating with MEP contractors and labour teams, and ensuring installation quality, safety, and adherence to timelines. The incumbent will work closely with the Senior Engineer on projects such as irrigation and pump room systems, floodlighting, drainage, plumbing, and MEP infrastructure for stadiums and sports facilities, leading on-site teams to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise day-to-day MEP works at site, including plumbing, pumping systems, cabling, and equipment installation.
• Ensure site labour and contractors execute work as per approved drawings and layouts.
• Monitor daily site activities, ensuring compliance with MEP codes and safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for material delivery and installation progress.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to project quality standards and MEP engineering codes.
• Conduct routine site inspections and report deviations or issues to the Senior Engineer.
• Support compliance with government regulations, tender requirements, and client specifications.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain site records, daily logs, and MEP work documentation.
• Prepare daily / weekly progress reports and share updates with the Senior Engineer.
• Assist in preparing inspection reports and site progress documentation.

Coordination & Client Interaction

• Liaise with clients and consultants during site visits and inspections.
• Provide on-site support during project handovers and maintenance phases.
• Escalate site issues promptly to the Senior Engineer for timely resolution.

Candidate Profile / Preferences

·        ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing Engineering (Bachelor’s degree holders with site experience may also apply).

·        2–4 years of experience in MEP site supervision, preferably in construction or sports infrastructure projects.

·        Working knowledge of MEP drawings, pumping systems, and plumbing / electrical installation.

·        Willingness to travel and be based at project sites across India.

·        Strong understanding of MEP materials, safety standards, and site workflows.

·        Exposure to sports infrastructure or turnkey construction projects is an advantage.
