Role Description

The Merchandising Assistant at ninen will play a pivotal role in supporting the merchandising team with day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include assisting in inventory management, analyzing sales trends, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring accurate product displays in-store. The role also involves supporting sales and customer service initiatives while working closely with the team to optimize product performance. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ludhiana.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Solid Analytical Skills for analyzing sales data and identifying trends
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales to cater to client needs and enhance customer satisfaction
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking
• Proficiency with merchandising software and tools is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred
