Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development and production management, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Manage and grow merchandising operations for men’s and women’s wear categories aligned with US market requirements
- Drive seamless coordination with external supply chain partners and internal cross-functional teams
- Oversee TNA planning, cost negotiations, and order closures to achieve optimal margins
- Monitor WIP status, identify risks, and ensure proactive, effective escalations
- Ensure strong alignment across stakeholders to deliver on timelines, quality, and business objectives
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of merchandising experience, preferably in global fashion/apparel environments
- Proven track record managing knits and wovens categories
- Strong expertise in US market standards, timelines, and customer expectations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and customer/vendor portals
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
