Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient across the full stack and capable of independently designing, developing, and optimizing applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop dynamic, responsive UI components using React.js.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Work with MongoDB for database design, aggregation, and query optimization.
• Implement authentication & authorization mechanisms (JWT/OAuth).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in:
• JavaScript (ES6+)
• React.js, Node.js, Express.js
• MongoDB (NoSQL database design)
• Solid experience in building REST APIs and microservices.
• Good understanding of frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind).
• Experience with state management (Redux/Context API).
• Hands-on experience with Git version control and branching strategies.
• Exposure to API integration, third-party services.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Understanding of performance optimization & security best practices.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
