About the Role


📍 New Delhi | Full-time | On-site


We are an international marketing agency growing aggressively across the EU and GCC markets. We're looking for a passionate sports fan who can combine their love of football, basketball, cricket, and other sports with sharp performance marketing skills. Please don't apply if you don't follow any sports.


This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience who is eager to learn advanced acquisition, creative testing, and scaling strategies in regulated and competitive verticals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimise Meta ad campaigns for sports platforms
  • Run user acquisition and conversion-focused campaigns across the EU and GCC markets
  • Monitor CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and retention metrics daily
  • Execute creative tests across image, video, and UGC-style formats
  • Coordinate with designers and video editors to develop sports-themed creatives


Required Experience

  • Genuine passion for sports — football, basketball, cricket, F1, or any major league (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
  • Experience running conversion-based campaigns (leads, sales, app events, etc.).
  • Understanding of: Meta Ads Manager, Campaign structure & optimization, Creative testing fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.


Good to Have

  • Experience in restricted or competitive verticals (Gaming, nutra, crypto, dating, etc.)
  • Familiarity with the EU or GCC market
