Job Description

We are looking for an experienced L3 Microsoft Security & Compliance Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft security, compliance, migration, and implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and managing Microsoft security solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the Microsoft Defender Suite:
• Defender for Endpoint
• Defender for Identity
• Defender for Office 365
• Defender for Cloud Apps
• Implement and manage:
• Conditional Access Policies
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Identity Protection
• Implement and support Microsoft Purview solutions
• Configure and manage:
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• Information Protection
• Insider Risk Management
• eDiscovery
• Perform endpoint security hardening and vulnerability management
• Configure email security and phishing protection mechanisms
• Support cloud security initiatives within Azure environments
• Contribute to Zero Trust security architecture implementation
• Handle security incidents, troubleshooting, and L3 escalations
• Support migration and implementation activities for Microsoft security technologies

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Defender Suite
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Microsoft Purview (Compliance, DLP, eDiscovery)
• Endpoint Security & Vulnerability Management
• Email Security & Phishing Protection
• Azure Cloud Security
• Zero Trust Architecture
• Good understanding of Microsoft security best practices
• Experience in enterprise-level implementation and migration projects
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
