Role Description This is a full-time Mixpanel + CleverTap Specialist role based in Bengaluru, India, with a hybrid work model that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The specialist will own the end-to-end analytics implementation on Mixpanel and CleverTap, including setting up events, user properties, funnels, cohorts, and journeys to track key product and growth metrics. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product, marketing, and operations teams to translate business questions into measurable analytics setups, building dashboards and reports, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. The role will involve designing and executing segmentation and engagement campaigns, analyzing user behavior, and sharing actionable insights to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion. The specialist will also troubleshoot tracking issues, maintain documentation, and recommend best practices for experimentation and lifecycle communication.


Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Mixpanel and CleverTap, including event schema design, funnel analysis, cohort creation, and campaign/journey setup.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in product analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making; familiarity with SQL or similar query tools is a plus.
  • Being a Full Stack developer who can integrate these tools deeply with the Tech Stack is a Big plus.
  • Background in growth, product, or marketing analytics, with experience partnering closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations, engineering).
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort with managing tracking plans, tag management, and basic debugging of analytics implementations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in consumer internet, marketplaces, or healthcare/caregiving products is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced early-stage environment with evolving requirements.
