Key Responsibilities

Production Support: Provide enterprise-level support in a production environment for MongoDB and NoSQL databases.
Active Directory Management: Manage Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Servers for seamless integration.
Linux Proficiency: Utilize your knowledge of Linux to support database operations and environments.
End User Support: Address end-user issues related to Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other Office products.
Database Familiarity: Leverage knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL; experience with these databases is a plus.
Open Source Technologies: Familiarity with Apache HTTPD and other open-source technology stacks.
Networking Skills: Understand basic LAN/WAN networking and TCP/IP protocols.
Issue Tracking: Utilize tools like Jira Service Desk, Remedy, or ServiceNow for tracking and resolving issues.
Agile and DevOps: Engage with Agile SDLC practices and contribute to CI/CD operations using Git/GitLab.
Cloud Services: Experience with AWS tools such as EC2, Workspaces, Code Deployment, and IAM is a strong advantage.
ITIL Best Practices: Knowledge of ITIL practices for effective IT service management.
