We're looking for a Motion Designer at Ciergo.

Not a video editor. Not someone who cuts clips together.

We need someone who makes SaaS products feel alive on screen - the kind of motion work that stops a scroll, explains a product in 45 seconds, and makes people hit share.

What you'll be doing

- Creating Product Launch Videos (30-45 sec) built for virality across LinkedIn, Instagram, X and YouTube

- Creating Product Demo Videos (60-75 sec) that walk through our product UI with native animations

- Handling everything end-to-end - scripting, storyboarding, motion, voiceover direction, and final delivery

- Working directly with the founders on every project

What we're looking for

- Strong portfolio of SaaS or tech motion design work - product launches, demos, explainers

- Proficient in After Effects (must), Premiere Pro or DaVinci (good to have)

- You understand how to make UI animations feel native - not generic screen recordings

- You can write a script and storyboard before you open After Effects

- You obsess over transitions, timing, and music sync - the details that separate good from great

- You've made at least one video that went viral or significantly outperformed expectations
