Job Requirements

We’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who can turn product experiences into clear, intuitive, and delightful visual stories—someone who can simplify complexity, bring interfaces to life, and use motion to make digital experiences feel effortless. No unnecessary animation. No motion for motion’s sake. Just thoughtful, purposeful design that helps users understand, navigate, and fall in love with the product.

The Job

• Design and animate motion graphics that enhance the product experience across onboarding, feature education, in-app interactions, product walkthroughs, and launch moments
• Create storyboards, motion explorations, and prototypes that communicate product concepts with clarity
• Design seamless transitions, micro-interactions, UI motion systems, and interaction patterns that feel intuitive and polished
• Collaborate closely with product designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and content teams to bring product experiences to life
• Translate complex workflows, features, and user journeys into simple, engaging motion narratives
• Help define and evolve motion principles, animation patterns, and interaction guidelines across the product
• Prototype ideas quickly, test interactions, and iterate based on user feedback and product goals
• Stay current with emerging motion, interaction design, and prototyping tools, bringing new ideas into the product experience
  
  

The ideal candidate

• Has 1–3 years of experience in motion design, product design, interaction design, or digital experiences
• Is highly skilled in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
• Is comfortable working with product prototyping tools like Figma, Principle, or similar tools
• Has a strong understanding of motion principles, timing, interaction design, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Can simplify complex product flows into clear, intuitive, and engaging motion experiences
• Thinks beyond visuals and understands how motion impacts usability, accessibility, and product adoption
• Can take ownership from storyboard to prototype to final delivery
• Is actively experimenting with new workflows, tools, and emerging AI-assisted creative processes
• Thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional product environments where iteration is constant
