Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphics Designer role based in Bhubaneswar. The Motion Graphics Designer will create high-quality motion graphics and visual assets for digital content, marketing campaigns, product demos, and brand communications. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and storyboarding animations, designing graphics, producing and editing video content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and engineering to maintain visual consistency. The role also involves adapting complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives, optimizing assets for different platforms, and maintaining project timelines and file organization. The Motion Graphics Designer will contribute to evolving the visual identity of OPM Corporation and its clients across various media.

Qualifications

• Strong motion design and motion graphics skills, with experience creating animations for digital platforms.
• Proficiency in video production, including editing, compositing, and preparing assets for various channels.
• Solid graphic design and graphics skills, with an eye for typography, layout, color, and branding.
• Experience with industry-standard design and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories and explainer content.
• Attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant education or training in design, animation, multimedia, or a related field; a strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics work is required.
• Experience creating visuals for technology, SaaS, or AI-focused brands is a plus.
