Job Description
Exp : 8yrs to 16yrs
- 10+ years experience in working in IT services organization.
- At least 8+ years of SQL DBA experience covering implementation, production support and project work. At least 4+ years of exposure as L3/SME support role.
- Knowledge and Understanding of ITIL process
- In client facing role(s) for at least 3 years.
- On call support for at least 3 years.
- Excellent Documentations skills in MS SharePoint 2010 /2013, Confluence.
