Role Description The Multimedia Specialist role at Catalystree is a full-time, on-site position based in Nilambur. The person in this role will plan, create, and edit multimedia assets including videos, graphics, and photographs to support digital campaigns, branding initiatives, and client projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and design teams to understand project goals, producing high-quality visual content, maintaining brand consistency across all assets, and preparing files for web, social media, and other platforms. The Multimedia Specialist will also manage multimedia equipment, organize media libraries, and stay current with design, video, and content trends to enhance the visual impact of Catalystree’s work.
Qualifications

• Strong multimedia skills, including experience creating integrated visual content across multiple formats.
• Proficiency in video production, such as shooting, editing, and post-production for digital platforms.
• Ability to produce and refine graphics, including familiarity with design tools for digital and social media assets.
• Photography skills, including composition, lighting, and basic image editing for professional use.
• Graphic design capabilities with a solid sense of layout, typography, and brand consistency.
• Experience with industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent) and basic motion graphics is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
• Relevant education or training in multimedia, design, visual communication, or a related field is an advantage.
