Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to manage day-to-day IT infrastructure and provide technical support to employees. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in network troubleshooting, system administration, hardware/software support, and maintaining smooth IT operations within an office environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level and second-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
  • Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi networks, switches, routers, and network devices.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure minimum downtime.
  • Perform network troubleshooting including IP configuration, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and connectivity issues.
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory, including hardware allocation and tracking.
  • Configure and manage user accounts, access permissions, and system setups.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities from an IT infrastructure perspective.
  • Perform regular system checks, software installations, updates, and security patches.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment, internet services, and AMC support.
  • Maintain IT documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting records.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Network Engineering / IT Support role.
  • Good knowledge of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPN.
  • Hands-on experience with routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and firewalls.
  • Ability to manage multiple IT support requests in a fast-paced environment.
