Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer with hands-on experience in SD-WAN, enterprise routing & switching, campus networking, and cloud connectivity.

Must-Have Skills

• SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela / Aruba EdgeConnect / VMware VeloCloud / Fortinet Secure SD-WAN)
• Enterprise Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
• LAN/WAN, TCP/IP
• VLAN, STP
• DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN
• Campus Networking
• Branch Connectivity
• Cloud Connect & Cloud On-Ramp

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

• Design, deploy, and support enterprise SD-WAN solutions.
• Configure and manage routing, switching, and campus network infrastructure.
• Implement secure cloud connectivity and cloud on-ramp solutions.
• Execute MPLS migration and optimize branch connectivity.
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability across locations.
• Troubleshoot network incidents and perform root cause analysis.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• Network uptime and availability of 99.9% or higher.
• Timely resolution of network incidents within defined SLAs.
• Successful SD-WAN deployment and migration across enterprise locations.
• Reduction in WAN latency and improvement in application performance.
• Minimal unplanned network outages and recurring incidents.

Preferred Certifications

• CCNP Enterprise
• Cisco SD-WAN Certification
• Aruba EdgeConnect Certification
• HCIA/HCIP Networking
