Job Description

Job Title - New Product Development & Quality Trainee

Location - Noida (Sector-64)

The NPD & Quality trainee is expected to manage all the new product development activities and quality check and assurance activities of the business.

Responsibilities and Duties - 

1. Perform and manage daily new product development and quality activities and schedule.
2. Comply with FSSAI rules and regulations.
3. Build, update, and follow new product development and quality processes, workflow, and data management.
4. Ensure quality of all new and existing products, processes and workflow. 



Qualifications - 

1. Education - Graduate in Food Technology, Brewing, Fermentation/Distillation, or equivalent (must have). 
2. Experience - Previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role (must have).
3. Specific Skills - Management skills. 
4. Personal Characteristics - Problem-solving mindset.
