Role Description
The Nursery Facilitator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for supporting the daily care and learning experiences of children in the nursery age group. The role involves planning and conducting age-appropriate activities, assisting with routines such as meals, rest, and hygiene, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment. The Nursery Facilitator observes and records children’s progress, supports social and emotional development, and communicates regularly with families and the wider teaching team. This position also includes collaborating with colleagues on curriculum implementation, following safety and health guidelines, and participating in staff meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum B.Ed / NTT
• Expertise in Lesson Planning and Education to design and adapt curriculum for young learners
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Proven experience in Teaching and Training to inspire and guide children in their developmental journey
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education
• Formal educational qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build positive relationships with families
• Experience in preschool or daycare settings is highly beneficial
• Commitment to fostering a safe and nurturing environment for all children
