POST: Occupational Therapist (Full-Time)

EXPERIENCE: 1 year minimun (Pediatrics required)

QUALIFICATION: BOT/ MOT, Licensed.

MUST HAVE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• ADHD & Global Developmental Delay (GDD)
• Cerebral Palsy (CP) & Down Syndrome
• Sensory Processing Disorders & Neurodevelopmental Delays

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct detailed OT assessments, therapy planning & regular progress updates.
• Provide parent consultations and guide home-based intervention plans.
• Parent-focused approach – role includes active counseling and empowerment.
• Deliver 50+ quality sessions/week and ensure high client retention.
• Mentor junior therapists through feedback, 1:1 coaching, and group trainings.
• Actively identify new tools, techniques, and resources to enhance therapy outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Support organizational goals by participating in workshops, outreach, and awareness events.
