Job Title: US Onboarding Specialist (Fresher)

Location: Trichy (Onsite)

Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented US Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are enthusiastic about HR processes and willing to work in the US time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the onboarding process for new hires in the US region
• Coordinate with internal teams and candidates to ensure smooth joining formalities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with background checks and other compliance-related tasks
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders over phone and email

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
