Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation In-charge, based in Sindri. The Operation In-charge will oversee plant operations, manage teams, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and executing operations to ensure optimal efficiency. The role demands regular assessments of operational workflows, troubleshooting, and maintaining operational standards across the facility.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with an ability to manage teams effectively
• Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to oversee and improve processes
• Analytical Skills to assess processes and identify areas of improvement
• Effective Communication skills for interaction with teams, stakeholders, and senior management
• Ability to work on-site in Sindri with a focus on safety and compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in water treatment or engineering facilities management is a plus
