We are seeking a full-time Operation Theatre Trainer to join our academy in Darbhanga. The trainer will be responsible for conducting theoretical and practical training sessions on operation theatre protocols, surgical procedures, and equipment handling. Responsibilities include developing training materials, assessing student performance, providing guidance to enhance skills, and ensuring students are well-equipped for professional healthcare environments. This is an on-site role that requires active classroom and hands-on engagement with trainees.

- Strong expertise in Training, Training & Development, and Instructional Design
- Excellent Communication skills for delivering concepts clearly and interacting effectively with students
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess trainee performance and customize training methodologies
- Experience in a healthcare or operation theatre setting is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or certification in a relevant healthcare or training field
- Ability to work collaboratively and create an engaging, learning-focused environment
