Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can manage both accounting and operational tracking across the company.
This is not a desk-only accounting role. The candidate should be comfortable working closely with production, inventory, dispatch, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and accurate tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and entries in Tally
- Track inventory, stock movement, and operational records
- Reconcile physical stock with system records
- Monitor production, dispatch, and procurement activities
- Identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and operational gaps
- Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Tally and Excel
- Good understanding of inventory and operational accounting
- Meticulous, organized, and hardworking
- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail
- Comfortable working on-ground and coordinating with teams
- Ability to solve problems proactively and improve processes
